By submitting your details, I assume consent to use it for contacting you and for use in examination and showcase administration, this is all securely kept. All pupils under 13 must have a parent or guardian give this consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I am informed that you will no longer be attending the school records are destroyed straight away. If I am not informed and you have not attended class for six weeks without an explanation it shall be assumed you have left and records shall be destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I do not pass any data to third parties except to the N.A.T.D. to arrange examination sessions and to the Children in Employment &amp; Entertainment office at the council if you have given consent to perform in the biennial showcase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When examinations have been taken candidates are allocated a PIN number by the N.A.T.D. I record this together with the candidate\u2019s date of birth for future use when booking examinations.
