UNIFORM FOR BALLET EXAMINATIONS
Jewellery and make-up are not permitted.
Candidates to be well presented, this is taken into account on their overall mark.
Class Exam / Prelim / Grade 1
Black Sleeveless Leotard
Black Chiffon ballet skirt
Pink ballet tights
Pink ballet shoes with elastics – tabs pulled tight tied and tucked in.
Grade 2 and Above
Black Sleeveless Leotard.
Pink ballet shoes with ribbons.
FOR ALL GRADES
Hair must be in a classical bun. NO FRINGES.
White ribbon to decorate only.
UNIFORM FOR MODERN EXAMINATIONS
Jewellery and make-up are not permitted.
Hair must be in a neat restrained style e.g. French Plait. A bun or pony tail are not suitable as pupils have to lay on the floor.
Candidates to be well presented, this is taken into account on their overall mark.

Black Sleeveless Leotard
Black ballet tights or cropped plain black tights
Pink ballet shoes with elastics.
Grade 2 and Above
As above but black jazz shoes may be worn rather than ballet shoes & can be split sole
Boys
Fitted white tshirt, black cycling shorts or black jazz pants for older candidates
Black ballet shoes with elastics
Black socks
